First steps in movement, play, and tennis

This group is intended for the very youngest little bears who are still discovering the world of movement.

  • Balance, crawling, running, and jumping exercises

  • Getting to know the racket as a play object

Little Bears 3 - 4 years
Conscious movement and first tennis skills

At this age, children can already focus for longer and perform simple tasks more independently.

  • Hitting over the net (in an adapted environment)
  • Reaction, direction, and rhythm exercises
  • Learning to listen, wait for your turn, and work in a group

  • Build confidence and independence
  • Strengthen cooperation and attention

Little Bears 4 - 6 years
Movement Basics and Introduction to Tennis Technique

At this age, children become more aware of movement and begin learning the first elements of tennis technique, developing coordination, reaction, and body control.
